A Heart-Womb Yoga + Ketamine Therapy Retreat
Co-Led w/ Dr. Kathryn Kloos, ND
This is an invitation for women to gather in community, as we honor the spirit of the season in celebration of the fall equinox with a nourishing all-inclusive women’s yoga and ketamine therapy retreat weekend set in the vibrant and natural surroundings of Dancing Tree Sanctuary, located in Corbett, Oregon.
As the leaves fall from the trees, and the days grow shorter, fall embodies a rich energetic tapestry of transition, abundance, release and reflection. It is a season of letting go, as we shed old patterns, beliefs, and emotions that are not serving our highest good.
Enjoy a carefully curated weaving of women’s practices to reawaken the pathway between heart and womb, while transmitting clarity of awareness, creativity, and profound vitality.
We will open this profound retreat experience with a deeply nourishing and enlivening womb conscious-yoga practice rooted in yoga tantra to reconnect tenderly with deep sources of wisdom, intuition, and the well-spring of your source vitality.
As we delicately open the sacred pathways of the feminine landscape in preparation for a deeply healing and replenishing ketamine journey.
What happens when you do a ketamine journey?
Ketamine is a powerful medicine that supports your nervous system to deeply relax, reset, and let go. Some people will have inner-visions and insights while others will experience what it is like to feel their mind completely still.
Ketamine therapy is also a powerful pathway to access altered states of consciousness, and can facilitate the release of deeply held emotions, while increasing creativity and access to the healer within.
While it is also works as a powerful ally to free yourself from depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
Working with ketamine therapy in a ceremonial group container can be a powerful way to share your experiences, while learning from the experiences of your peers.
