preparing your child to align their inner moon with the moon above.
Co-Led with Alchemical Coach and Moon Mother Mentor Jamie Wiggins
Transform your child’s life with a deep and lasting relationship with their body, womb and sacred nature.
* This experience welcomes all youth with a physical womb.
This is an invitation to ground your child in cyclical awareness in preparation for their first bleed, while celebrating this delicate entrance into the blossoming season of their life.
We will explore a journey through the inner seasons of the womb with a thoughtfully curated mosaic of creative lunar yoga practices, art, myth, meditation, hiking, sistership, poems, storytelling, conversation, and song.
The inner seasons will serve as an energetic blueprint for your child to explore their nature, while anchoring in their calling and unique expression in the world, as they prepare for their menstruating years.
“Celebrating menarche is an important thread in the reweaving of the healing mandala of feminine life. Whether or not your culture has preserved any part of the wondrous rituals to elevate and protect the spirit of your children, it is important that you recast a set of practices in keeping with your ancestral history that embrace, honor and nourish the Shakti force in your daughters.” - Maya Tiwari ( Mother Maya)
In this experience your child will:
Become initiated into ancient women’s mysteries
Grow a stronger sense of belonging and connection with their body and the earth

Explore the practice of cycle tracking.
Explore via positiva +via negativa held within the lunar cycles; empowering your child to align with action/agency for creating and radiant rest for deep listing and replenishment.
Spend nourishing time in an old growth forest in the stunning Columbia River Gorge.
