You cannot serve from an empty vessel. Join me for an exploration into the essential components of a self-care program, and learn the gifts that unfold when you honor your energy and prioritize yourself.

In a culture that celebrates ‘the hustle’ over flow , fluidity, joy and pleasure — this is an invitation to explore a different approach that prioritizes nourishment as a framework through which you approach your life. 

We’ll explore four  foundational practices for a self-care program that you may cycle into your days, weeks and months, and while teaching you to honor your energetic rhythms throughout your days and your month.
