The word “season” in Sanskrit is “rtu,” derived from “rtam,” meaning rhythm. It refers to the cosmic rhythm that we are all being influenced by, even if we aren’t able to understand or perceive it directly.

This experience is a foundational self-care practice;  designed to nourish our bodies, our hearts and our senses, while  enhancing our alignment with our inner rhythms and the nature of the season.  By cultivating space to feel what’s going on in the outside world , and welcoming that to inform us,  we are able to  connect to the deep resonance of shifts taking places on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.  

Just as the inner cycles and seasons in our body provide insights for deep wisdom,  biologically and physiologically we shift with each season. 

This experience will work directly with our senses which are vital tools for helping us maintain balance,:while  exploring deep and nourishing self -care practice for the health of our organs, the vitality of our core and balance of our  nervous systems.

Be aware of what season you are in and give yourself the grace to be there.
